Please read these terms carefully before using Urban Genie’s services.
These Terms & Conditions govern your membership and use of services provided by Urban Genie. By joining our platform, you agree to the following:
1. Membership
- Membership fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed.
- Slots are limited to 30 members per district and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Membership benefits will begin only after full payment and confirmation.
2. Leads & Opportunities
- Leads are generated from Google, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube ads.
- Urban Genie verifies and filters leads before sharing them with members.
- Conversion of leads into paying clients depends on the member’s communication, skill, and service quality.
3. Events & Marketing Support
- Portfolio events (e.g., model photoshoots) are scheduled periodically and subject to availability.
- Business development webinars will be conducted as per our event calendar.
- 6-month plans include 10 Instagram post designs per month.
- 12-month plans include additional Google Business Profile management.
4. Code of Conduct
- Members must maintain professionalism with clients and other members.
- No sharing of leads or confidential information outside the Urban Genie network.
- Any misconduct may lead to termination of membership without refund.
5. Liability
- Urban Genie is not responsible for disputes between members and clients.
- We do not guarantee a specific income or booking volume.
6. Changes to Terms
Urban Genie reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Members will be notified of major changes via WhatsApp or email.
By joining Urban Genie, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
