This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the rules for payments, cancellations, and refunds for services provided by Urban Genie.
1. Membership Fees
- All membership fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed.
- Membership slots are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Cancellations
- Once enrolled, cancellations will not be entertained for the active membership period.
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused days or months.
3. Event Participation
- Portfolio events, webinars, and other activities are scheduled in advance.
- Members who cannot attend an event will not receive a refund for the missed activity.
4. Service Changes
- If Urban Genie is unable to provide a scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances, we may reschedule or provide an equivalent alternative.
- Changes in service schedule do not qualify for refunds unless specifically stated.
5. Payment Disputes
- All payment disputes must be reported within 7 days of the transaction.
- Urban Genie reserves the right to review and make a final decision on any dispute.
