Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our commitment to clear and fair policies for all members.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the rules for payments, cancellations, and refunds for services provided by Urban Genie.

1. Membership Fees

  • All membership fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed.
  • Membership slots are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Cancellations

  • Once enrolled, cancellations will not be entertained for the active membership period.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused days or months.

3. Event Participation

  • Portfolio events, webinars, and other activities are scheduled in advance.
  • Members who cannot attend an event will not receive a refund for the missed activity.

4. Service Changes

  • If Urban Genie is unable to provide a scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances, we may reschedule or provide an equivalent alternative.
  • Changes in service schedule do not qualify for refunds unless specifically stated.

5. Payment Disputes

  • All payment disputes must be reported within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Urban Genie reserves the right to review and make a final decision on any dispute.
